As any other working husband and wife, we wanted something more out of our live's. That's where our story begin's..... First let's meet your Chef-Baker; Chandra Lee, 'When i was litte i knew i always had a passion to cook and bake for other's,as i grew up i decided i wanted to be a Chef. At first everything didn't go 'as planned,i worked my way from the bottom in the food industry's. As the years went by,i was really climbing the ladder, i finally became a Chef! After working for over 25 years in the food industry i went to my husband,Trapper and said 'We are starting a buisness' Trapper replied 'Let's do it!' As Trapper is a owner he also maintains his 9-5 (M-F) job but is very much involved in all the decisions that involve our buisness. We take our buisness serious and every customer is special. And our products are special too.
